There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 81(STA) "An Act relating to motor vehicle emissions and to inspection decals and fines relating to motor vehicle emissions; and providing for an effective date." 2003-04-11 House Journal Page 0945 The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 81(STA) pass the House?"
